Hours: 1 x full time (37 hours per week) and 1 x part time 4 days/29.6 hours per week
Salary: £30,428 pro rata

Are you passionate about empowering individuals to rebuild their lives after substance use? Do you believe in the power of education, coaching, and personal growth? We’re looking for a compassionate and driven Progression Pathway Coach to join our recovery service and help people take meaningful steps toward independence.
About the Role
As a Progression Pathway Coach, you will:
• Deliver accredited Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications to individuals in recovery.
• Provide personalised one-to-one coaching using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred approaches.
• Support individuals to build confidence, develop new skills, and work towards goals in education, training, volunteering, or employment.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that fosters growth and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging and accessible learning sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Develop progression plans in collaboration with service users.
• Track and celebrate progress, adapting support as needed.
• Work closely with peer mentors, recovery staff, and external partners to create holistic pathways.
• Promote a culture of recovery, hope, empowerment, and opportunity.
About You
You’ll bring:
• Experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring within recovery or related services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
• A recognised teaching or coaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Excellent communication, motivational, and organisational skills.
• A genuine belief in people’s ability to change and grow.
