Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

Are you passionate about the power of lived experience in recovery? Do you have the skills to build and sustain a thriving peer support programme? We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Peer Support Coordinator to join our team and champion recovery-focused, peer-led approaches across our service.

About the Role
As Peer Support Coordinator, you will:
• Lead and oversee all Peer Support activity across the service.
• Promote Recovery First principles and embed peer-led approaches into service delivery.
• Line manage our team of Recovery Connectors and volunteers.
• Develop, coordinate, and sustain a high-quality peer support programme.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and provide wraparound support for peer mentors and volunteers.
• Advocate for the value of lived experience and empower peer mentors to contribute meaningfully to service users’ recovery journeys.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and recovery.

About You
You’ll bring:
• Experience working in recovery-focused services or lived experience of recovery.
• Strong coordination skills.
• A commitment to co-production and peer-led principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to inspire, support, mentor and develop others.
