Here you will find support services available to anyone who has been directly affected by someone else’s problematic gambling, how to access them and financial resources - whether this is yourself or someone you know. An ‘affected other’ can be, but is not limited to a friend, a family member, an employer or employee.

Nottingham’s Gambling Help and Support Clinic
On the last Thursday of every month, TimeOut, in partnership with GamCare and Nottingham Recovery Network, run an appointment-based clinic in the Wellbeing Hub Nottingham (73 Hounds Gate, NG1 6BB). Here you can explore and discuss any gambling harms and worries with a trained professional and complete a referral in to treatment and support if you wish.
To book an appointment or to find out more information, please get in contact with Ben Jones (Project Co-Ordinator) by email at timeout@doubleimpact.org.uk.
We have created three online surveys to help us understand the true extent of gambling-related harm in Nottingham. The survey will take 5 minutes to complete.
Sharing your thoughts and experience will help those affected by gambling and break the stigma and shame that can prevent people seeking support when they most need it.
