Double Impact's highly successful and expanding Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IPS Employment Specialist to lead and develop employment support delivery across North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire.

About the Role

The IPS Employment Team operates across two Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services:
• North-East Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership (North-East Lincolnshire)
• WithYou (North Lincolnshire)

As Senior IPS Employment Specialist, you will provide leadership, support and guidance to a small team of IPS Employment Specialists whilst maintaining your own client caseload. You will champion IPS best practice, support staff development, drive performance and work collaboratively with employers, treatment services and community partners.

The role is community based and will involve regular travel throughout North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire, including attendance at the main sites in Grimsby and Scunthorpe.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable due to the travel requirements of the role but are not essential. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for candidates with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the delivery of a high-quality IPS service that adheres to IPS principles and fidelity standards.
• Provide supervision, coaching and support to IPS Employment Specialists.
• Monitor individual and team performance against agreed employment outcome targets.
• Maintain a personal caseload of approximately 10-15 clients across North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire.
• Develop relationships with employers and engage with at least four employers each week on behalf of clients.
• Support Employment Specialists to increase employer engagement and access opportunities within the hidden labour market.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate appropriate training.
• Support the design and delivery of internal training, peer learning and best practice initiatives.
• Coordinate employer engagement activity across the team.
• Produce monitoring reports for internal stakeholders, commissioners and partner organisations.
• Drive continuous service improvement through quality assurance, client feedback and stakeholder collaboration.
• Facilitate co-production opportunities and encourage service user involvement in service development.
• Identify barriers to effective service delivery and work with partners to implement solutions.
• Conduct monthly solution-focused supervision sessions and caseload reviews.
• Ensure client feedback is actively gathered, reviewed and used to inform service improvements.

About You

• Has knowledge of, or has researched, the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
• Has experience of supporting people to achieve positive outcomes.
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from clients to senior business leaders.
• Demonstrates commercial awareness and effective negotiation skills.
• Is organised, adaptable and solution-focused.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting people affected by substance misuse.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Has excellent written, verbal and organisational skills.
• Is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Experience within employment support is desirable.
